We are glad to hear from readers. The best way to reach Ponga Música is by email at info@pongamusica.com. Please read the notes below first so your message reaches us with everything we need.
What we can help with
Corrections
Accuracy matters to us. If a venue address, a piece of history or any other detail on our site is wrong or outdated, email us with:
- the page address (URL) where you saw the problem,
- what you believe is incorrect and what the correct information is, and
- a link to a reliable source, such as the venue's official website, if you have one.
We review every correction request and update pages when the evidence supports it. Our approach is described on the About page.
Event tips
Know about a Latin-music night, festival or venue in Miami that readers should hear about? Send us the name, the venue and a link to the official listing. We cannot promise to cover every tip, and we do not accept payment to feature events or artists.
Suggestions
Ideas for new guides, such as a genre you would like explained or a venue we have not covered, are welcome too.
What we cannot help with
Ponga Música is an independent guide. We are not a promoter, ticket seller, label or venue, and we are not affiliated with any artist or company. That means we cannot:
- sell, transfer or refund tickets,
- answer questions about specific orders or seating,
- confirm show times, lineups or bag policies, or
- pass messages to artists or their teams.
For those questions, contact the venue or its official box office directly. Our venue guides, such as Kaseya Center, Adrienne Arsht Center and The Fillmore Miami Beach, will help you identify which venue you need.
About the form on this page
If you see a contact form on this page, please note that email is the reliable way to reach us. Writing directly to info@pongamusica.com ensures your message arrives.
Privacy
Please do not send sensitive personal information, payment details or ticket barcodes. We only need what is relevant to your correction or tip, and we will not publish your email address.
Before you write
You may find your answer faster elsewhere on the site. Our useful links page gathers venue guides, genre explainers and comfort tips, and Comfort at Shows covers heat, crowds and hearing at Miami concerts.
